Instructions for abstract submission
1.
Abstract must be submitted in English.
2.
The abstract should not exceed 250 words excluding title, authors and institutions.
3.
Each registrant is only allowed to submit ONE abstract.
4.
All abstracts must be submitted online. Please enter your details in the online form below and click 'Continue' to submit your abstract.
5.
Deadline for abstract submission: 07 August 2009.
6.
Applicants will be notified if their abstract has been accepted by 14 August 2009.
7.
Applicants whose abstract has been accepted must register for the conference and pay the early-bird registration fee by 28 August 2009. Accepted abstracts will be eliminated from the programme on this date if registration and payment have not been received.
*Prizes will be given out to the top 3 oral and poster presentation.

All abstracts will be peer reviewed by at least two independent reviewers from the Scientific Committee comprising representatives from Singapore Health Services and National University Health System. While every effort will be made to accommodate the authors' preference, the final decision on presentation type will rest on the Scientific Committee.
Factors that will be considered during selection are:
1. Relevance to conference themes
2. Scientific and/or professional merit
3. Contribution to knowledge, practice or research
