Registration Fees and Deadlines*

All fees quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and all payments should be made in Singapore Dollars. (Foreign Exchange Currency Converter) *The Graduate Students’ registration rate is applicable to all full-time Graduate Students. Participants registering under this category will be requested to show proof of student status. The registration fee covers the Conference Proceedings with Abstracts, lunch, and refreshments. The full and postdoctoral registration fees also include free admission to the Conference Banquet. Graduate students wishing to attend the Banquet can purchase a Banquet ticket at S$50 in addition to their registration fee. Please take note that there are only limited seats available. The registration fee does not cover any kind of insurance. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements for their travel and personal insurance.

*Early registration forms and fees should be submitted by 28 Feb 2010 Invited Speakers/NUS Postgraduate Students Registration fee is waived. Conference Banquet is complementary for invited speakers and their partner / spouse. Cheque / Bank Draft Cheque payment is acceptable for Singapore local participants only. Please mail Cheque / bank draft to Conference Secretariat. Cheque or Bank Draft must be made in Singapore Dollars and made payable to “NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE”. Confirmation Successful registration will be acknowledged by an e-mail after confirmation of payment. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Conference Secretariat at iascb@nuhs.edu.sg to verify your registration. Cancellation Policy Cancellations and registration fee refunds should be made by 1 March 2010 via email or fax to the Conference Secretariat. If notice of cancellation of registration is received after 1 March 2010, the refund will be subjected to an administrative charge (S$50), to be borne by the registrant. For cancellations received after 1 March 2010 refunds will be made at the discretion of the organizers *I have read, understood and accepted the terms and condition of this registration as well as the cancellation and refund policy.
